​Our district facilities are available for community and organization use. Please review our rental tiers and fee schedule below before submitting a reservation request.

Organization Rental Tiers

  • Fee-Waived Groups: Marion ISD Booster Clubs, Education Foundation, and official Parent Organizations (fees waived).

  • Tier 1 (Local Non-Profit): Non-profit organizations where at least 75% of participating members reside in or attend Marion ISD.

  • Tier 2 (Non-Local Non-Profit): Non-profit organizations where less than 75% of participating members reside in or attend Marion ISD.

  • Tier 3 (For-Profit): Commercial entities and for-profit organizations.

Required Staffing & Administrative Fees

Depending on the nature of your event, additional staffing and administrative coverage may be required as determined by district administration. All staffing services require a 2-hour minimum:

  • Custodial Staff: $40 / hour / person

  • Security Staff: $50 / hour / person

  • Administrative Fee: $50 / hour / person

Guidelines & Policy Notes

  • Student Participation Adjustments: Marion ISD reserves the right to negotiate the fee schedule based on student participation levels.

  • Fees Waived: Rental fees are waived for official Marion ISD booster clubs, the Education Foundation, and Parent Organizations.
